USB2.0 InGaAs Near-Infrared Camera "031TNIR"

This is a near-infrared camera with high sensitivity in the 900 to 1700 nm near-infrared range, using an InGaAs (indium gallium arsenide) image sensor.

Near-infrared light is invisible to the human eye but is a safe light that is also included in sunlight. It is most easily absorbed by objects and does not particularly react to color or heat; however, when light containing near-infrared is directed at a subject, differences in the material of the subject result in variations in light reflection and absorption, which are captured as images. It can visualize things that are difficult to capture with CCD/CMOS cameras, making it ideal for applications such as laser alignment and defect inspection of silicon wafers. 【Features】 ■ High sensitivity to near-infrared light in the range of 900 to 1700 nm ■ Utilizes InGaAs (Indium Gallium Arsenide) image sensor ■ High resolution of 640×512 pixels for InGaAs sensors ■ Capable of image output at 27.5 frames per second ■ Features a USB 2.0 interface with excellent compatibility with PCs ■ Achieves complete bulk transfer with built-in memory QVGA size (320x256) is also available. *By downloading the catalog, you can view images taken with this camera.
